YIELD: 6 TURKEY MARCO POLO
COOKING TEMP: 350F PORTION: 1 cp
COOKING TIME: 30 MIN COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE DISH
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Celery chopped : 6 Tb 1. Saute celery and onion in
| Onions chopped : 1/4 cp margarine.
| Margarine : 2 Tb 2. Blend in flour and salt.
| Flour : 3 Tb 3. Combine soup, milk, water, chicken
| Salt : 1/4 ts seasoning, parsley and lemon juice.
| Crm chicken soup : 3/4 cp 4. Add sauteed vegetables to soup
| Milk evaporated : 3/4 cp mixture. Heat until thickened. Add
| Chicken seasoning : 3/4 ts cooked turkey.
| Water : 3/4 cp 5. Pour into casserole dish. Arrange
| Parsley chopped : 1 Tb sliced cheese on top of mix.
| Lemon juice : 3/4 ts 6. Heat through in moderate oven.
| Cheese American sl : 3 oz 7. To serve, spoon hot mixture over
| Turkey ckd diced : 12 oz crisp chow mein noodles.
